Managed Operation: Automation That Keeps Running.
Once an automated workflow proves itself, Bracken East keeps it running. We guarantee 99.99% monthly uptime for the covered workflow, monitor it around the clock, and send a plain-language monthly summary, so it doesn't become one more system your team has to babysit.
$200+/monthStarts at $200 a month.
What's Included
99.99% Monthly Uptime, Guaranteed
A written commitment for every covered workflow.
Each covered workflow is held to at least 99.99% monthly uptime, measured around the clock.
Around-the-Clock Monitoring
Problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we.
We monitor covered workflows continuously and investigate availability alerts as they occur. When something breaks, restoration work starts promptly instead of waiting for the next support window.
Automatic Service Credits
You don't have to discover an outage or file a claim.
If we miss the commitment, we calculate the credit ourselves and apply it automatically, as described in our Service Level Agreement.
A Plain-Language Monthly Summary
Written for the people running the business.
Every month you get a plain-language summary of how each covered workflow ran, so it never turns into a system nobody on your team understands.
How a Workflow Gets Here
Managed Operation is the last step of an engagement, not the first. Every covered workflow has already passed its agreed production acceptance checks.
Insight Sprint
The Sprint builds a focused working service on your real data and systems. If it solves the problem at the right scale during its 30-day evaluation, it can move directly into Managed Operation, with no separate Implementation required.
Implementation
A larger Implementation can follow the same path when it's ready, once the broader system has passed the checks we agreed on before launch.
Managed Operation
Coverage begins after the workflow passes its agreed production acceptance checks and continues while the Managed Operation agreement is active. Managed Operation is optional. If you'd rather run the workflow yourself, we hand everything over with documentation, and the code and accounts stay yours either way.
Pricing
Managed Operation starts at $200 a month. The exact fee is set in your Managed Operation agreement, and service credits are calculated as a percentage of that fee for any month the uptime commitment is missed.
The discovery call is free, and an Insight Sprint is $2,500. Larger Implementation work is scoped and contracted separately.
Managed Operation Is Optional
Whether or not you choose Managed Operation, the work is yours. The source code lives in a repository your business owns, and every credential and account the workflow uses is in your name.
If you'd prefer to run it yourself, or with another developer, that works too. We hand everything over with documentation covering how the workflow works, how it's deployed, and how to keep it running, so your team can take it from there.
The ongoing commitments are what Managed Operation adds, so they apply only while it's active. Without it, the Service Level Agreement doesn't apply: there's no uptime guarantee, around-the-clock monitoring, guaranteed response, service credits, or monthly summary. If you ever need a hand later, you're always welcome to reach out.
Who Does the Work
You work directly with Jason Daly, our Managing Partner, who designs the solution and stays with it after launch. He has more than two decades of experience building software. In his most recent role, he led engineering at a fintech startup, strategically scaling the team and the platform.
Let's Talk. Bring One Costly Operating Gap.
In one focused 45-minute call, we will identify places where automation will save time, improve visibility, and grow revenue.
After the call, you will receive a report covering the opportunities we found, any additional calls or system access needed to validate them, and a practical path forward.
If the right choice is not to automate, we will be clear. Zero strings attached.
