Give us the data, system access, and permissions for one opportunity, and normally within ten business days we'll build a focused working service on your real data and systems, along with an evidence-backed report on how it performs. You then evaluate it for 30 days. If it solves the problem at the right scale, you can keep it running under Managed Operation or run it yourself, with no separate Implementation required. If the numbers don't justify keeping it, the report will say so plainly.
ImplementationContracted
Implementation is for the bigger picture, when a proven service needs to connect more systems or grow into a deeper operating partnership. We'll design that broader system with you, then agree on what it can do and how we'll know it's ready before launch.
Managed Operation$200+/month
A successful Sprint can move directly into Managed Operation, and a larger Implementation can follow the same path when it's ready. We guarantee 99.99% monthly uptime for the covered workflow, monitor it around the clock, and send a plain-language monthly summary, so it doesn't become one more system your team has to babysit.
Managed Operation is optional. The code, repository, credentials, and accounts are always yours, so if you'd rather run it yourself or with another developer, we hand everything over with documentation. The Service Level Agreement and its guarantees apply only while Managed Operation is active.

What does it cost?
The discovery call is free. An Insight Sprint is $2,500 and builds a focused working service for one opportunity on your real data and systems, normally within ten business days. If it proves itself during the 30-day evaluation, Managed Operation starts at $200 a month. It's optional: the code and accounts are always yours, so you can also run it yourself. Larger Implementation work is scoped and contracted separately.

Yes. We're based in southwest Connecticut and work remotely with owner-led businesses nationwide.
